Emergency Procedures:
Please make sure that you are calling for a true emergency and not something that can be handled during normal business hours. Examples of an emergency are: fire, lockout, toilet overflow, etc. Examples of non-emergencies are: loading of laundry card, lost money in vending machine, etc.

Outside calls will be directed to your apartment by having the caller dial the main office number ( 719-633-5541 ) and then press your apartment #.

Long distance is NOT available. You must use a calling card or your personal cell phone to make long distance calls.

To set up voice mail, dial 55 from your phone and follow the instructions.

A channel listing guide is enclosed in your move-in packet.
Housekeeping:
Housekeeping is available for a charge of $25.00 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 2 hours. Please see the leasing office to schedule your appointment.
Laundry:
There are 3 laundry facilities. The largest of the three is located on the lower level of the main building at the north end of the hall. It has 4 washers and 4 dryers. There is a smaller one with 2 washers and 2 dryers located on the upper floor on the north end of the hall. The third is located in the back building on the west side of the building next to the breezeway. It also contains 2 washers and 2 dryers. These machines are operated using laundry cards. The cards can be purchased and reloaded in the leasing office during business hours only. DO NOT CALL THE EMERGENCY NUMBER TO PURCHASE OR LOAD LAUNDRY CARDS.
Mail Boxes:
Mail boxes are provided if needed. If you wish to have one please see office staff. Mail usually arrives around 11:30.
